I had a mixed experience at Casa De Las Artes. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore major attractions, my room left much to be desired. The room was quite small and felt a bit dated, which was disappointing considering the price. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a bit more pleasant despite the drawbacks.

I stayed in a superior room that was unfortunately on the smaller side and not as modern as I had hoped. The cooling system didn't work well, and I faced a constant smell from the bathroom. On a positive note, the bed was really comfortable, and the design details were impressive.

The staff were attentive and ready to help, making my check-in experience enjoyable. Paola was particularly wonderful, providing me with warm support throughout my stay. Any issues I faced were addressed promptly.

The hotel's location was a real highlight. I could easily walk to all the major tourist attractions, which was perfect for sightseeing. The area had a vibrant feel, with many local restaurants and bars within close proximity.
Dining

Breakfast was a bit average and not as really good as I'd hoped, especially for the price. However, the variety of local options nearby made dining out a great alternative. I appreciated the chic restaurant space, even if the food didn’t always meet my expectations.
Facilities

The spa and wellness facilities were great additions, providing a nice way to unwind after a busy day. The hotel offered several amenities, which I found helpful, but I wish the indoor pool were more inviting.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, really loved its location near many attractions which made sightseeing super easy. While the room was spacious and clean, I felt it didn't quite meet the expectations for a premier room given the view I got. The breakfast was okay, but I think I could've found better options nearby. Overall, it's a good three-star experience, but I might look for better options next time I visit Madrid.

The hotel had solid facilities but didn’t go above and beyond – just your basic amenities without anything extra special.

My stay at Casa De Las Artes was wonderful due to its really good location and elegant design. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. However, I encountered a couple of minor issues with my room, which had a persistent smell from the drain. Overall, the experience was good, and I'd certainly return!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a great experience, but I did wish for a coffee maker in my room.

However, my room left much to be desired in terms of size and comfort, and the air conditioning didn't work effectively. On the brighter side, the breakfast buffet was impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
