helpful staff fresh room
i stayed in a superior room. the room included nightly bottled water next to the beds. the breakfast staff was very helpful , even during busy weekend times. the housekeeping staff kept our room very fresh.
the hotel did not provide a place to hang clothes to dry after using the pool.

Mediocre stay. Room issues abound
cramped room odd design
The hotel was relatively clean when i arrived. That much i can admit.
my superior room? well, it felt more like a cramped closet. the washbasin decided to live in the main bedroom, i kid you not. and the shower and toilet were crammed into a broom cupboard-sized room. i really didn't care for that layout at all, it was an odd design.

adequate, but some issues need addressing
small room street noise
The room felt smaller than expected even for a superior room. i found it hard to fully open my suitcase. also, the noise level was a bit much. I could hear a lot of street noise at night. it made getting a solid night's sleep a challenge, not what one hopes for after a long day.

spacious gym mineral water
the gym was quite spacious and had many equipment options. daily complimentary glass bottles of mineral water were a nice addition in my room.

FANTASTIC stay!
free item helpful staff quick service
The hotel offered complimentary water bottles, which staff replenished. The breakfast buffet featured many good options, and a free menu item came with my room. I chose eggs benedict! The team cleared plates quickly.
The minibar prices were quite high compared to nearby shops.

The hotel has a library I visited. There is a gym with multiple machines. The pool area includes a sauna and steam room and the amenities were clean. I loved using the pool TO COOL down during the afternoon.

This hotel is VERY close to the museum triangle and literary quarter. The walk to Plaza Mayor and the center IS quick. Retiro Park is also nearby and the metro station is in front of the door.

My room included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A toothbrush and toothpaste kit were provided and a glass container had cotton pads! The closet drawer even had a handheld steamer, how convenient.

The front house team helped me get a new adapter when mine broke. The entire staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The reception staff was amazing. The butlers were kind.

amazing amenities and great service
excellent amenities handheld steamer museum triangle
I stayed five nights at this beautiful hotel. it is very close to the museum triangle, the literary quarter and retiro park. rooms are spacious with excellent amenities! there is even a handheld steamer in the closet drawer. I found this very convenient.
the towel hooks were in the compact wc, which left the towels damp. i had to change them daily which isn't very eco-friendly.

the breakfast buffet had many good options. i got one free item from the menu which was included with my room, like eggs benny. the breakfast team was quick to get your food order and clear plates.

it is easily walkable to everything i needed. it is also convenient to walk to the main attractions. it is in a lovely area, and there is delicious food around!
